You use the SX Pro to play the .xci file.

The .xci file is the game file.

Does this Japanese copy have English text?

If you download from Google Drive, you must use J2Downloader. If you download from Google Drive without using J2Downloader, it will not grab all of the files, and you are stuck wasting time with a useless download.
