Trying to find an old 2000’s video game

I remember this old game I used to play as a child around 2013-2015. The games theme was Venice, Italy and had the boat things that get through the streets. I think it was a type of puzzle game like tetris but I’m sure it was a 2D type of game. And there was cupid in it for some reason? I’ve searched google and I still can’t find it. does anyone know the name of the video game I’m talking about?
