is anyone else having problem installing the game in tinfoil ? i am getting error code failed to install NSP! OpenFileSystemWithId:103: Failed to open file system with ID error code 0x00234a02

If you are getting that error code, your NSP might of somehow got corrupted durning your dl process. To find out and troubleshoot you would need to get a fresh NSP of said game.
