If you do not have any money or cannot purchase a license for whatever reason, your best bet would be to wait for a crack of sx os.

Current crack lets you run sx os, but you can't use the xci loader. You can, however, use the nsp installer. The person who cracked it stated this as the reason why it does not have xci loader at the moment.

Maybe keep an eye on GBATemp if someone finishes the job.
