click links but then goes to a page named mothergarded??? for switch games

hi i have downloaded games before but now when i try i click the link for mario deluxe and then it goes to a blank page but in the tab it says mathergarded. i have tried it on a laptop and pc but still doing the same thing. can i get some help please. thanks
