PS4 PKG to fPKG

Has there been any progress here for pkg decryption? I have searched everywhere and have found a series of tools and things but no clear bar to this question...
The reason I ask is my wife bought a game on her ps4 but we are no longer dating and I can no longer sign into her account to play it. I can't find an already made fpkg and it's not too late for me to create one on my own, and on top of that's its pulled from psn so there is no way to purchase it again either. I have the pkg files and the updates, but it's encrypted, thus the reason for asking.
