Question: Did the DLC working for you ? i have the Np-32219-7 thats ERROR_LIB_CONTEXT_NOT_FOUNDr I Dont know what this mean. I tried uninstall DLC, reinstall, took also the DLC from "postbox" ingame. maybe it needs PSN, but why would someone release that

I think that europe language isnt available isnt true. Because the game was releases back in september, here you can buy it multilanguage

So, Yes i wonder why the JP Version was releases as fpkg with only japan-english when EU Version most are multi 5. But this happen from time to time , i think why US Version (english only) is released instead of Multilanguage Eu Version which includes english.
The Dark Pictures: Little Hope is an example. US + EU official releases, but uploaded pkg long time only US,means english only.
