it was tested and it is CONFIRMED WORKING WITH LAYEREDFS with Fornite as donor!
It seems that LayeredFS also works on version 4.1.0 consoles (Would try figure out how it works!)

There is not any XCI on english. Physical cartridge only exists in Japan.
