Each line is a link to a file. You copy and paste a line into your browser. I use firefox and have a "add this link to a new tab" when I right click on it. You might need to copy it and then paste it in the address bar of your browser.

From there you will get options on where you want to download the files from. Choose Zippyshare when you can, it's fast.

Just use Jdownloader and copy the link into the link grabber then do the captha and you are done. Jdownloader auto checks all the links and pulls from ones available...

THIS. I'm using JDownloader 2 myself. Working great. You can even uncheck the sites you don't want. For me, the only ones I kept were 1fich, fu, zippy, and openload (I especially uncheck uptobox since they geoblock the US, though JD2 probably has a workaround, that annoys me, so I won't use them). Then you just tell it to start. Now, the unchecked ones will still be showing on the side bar in link grabber after you do that. So just hit the yellow button near the bottom left to delete the unwanted links for good (once you're sure you won't be needing them).

And as usual, I'd recommend using Chocolatey to install freeware without adware.
